Our nutritious meals are thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian to support general health and accommodate specific dietary needs related to conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. N4L serves those eligible under most Medicaid and Older Americans Act programs, with specific eligibility depending on state and individual case circumstances. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, we partner with select PPO plans to provide meals as part of post-discharge and chronic care support. For individuals seeking self-pay options, we offer a convenient meal delivery service for just $7.75 per meal, empowering clients to select their meals for every delivery. Additionally, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, with coverage details available through your health plan materials.
