MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Cape Coral, FL, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at our VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to tailored treatment options that suit their individual needs. We offer various supportive services including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative tools such as TeleMOVE! for in-home management. For those who prefer self-guided approaches, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, alongside additional options for weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans requiring further assistance.
