Sparkle Cosich is a dedicated Pre-Licensed Professional with a strong foundation in social work (MSW, RCSWI) who understands that sometimes healing requires revisiting painful moments. With a passion for helping clients navigate their personal growth and development, she recognizes that during challenging times, individuals may need additional support. Sparkle has a unique background as a Veteran, bringing an experience that spans a diverse range of trauma, including military-related challenges and various mental health issues. She enjoys working with a wide demographic, including children, teens, adults, and families, aiming to empower them to overcome life's obstacles. Sparkle’s professional goal is to provide guidance and compassionate support to those facing trials in life. In her therapeutic practice, she fosters a safe and nurturing environment to build a strong therapeutic relationship, facilitating collaboration to identify specific needs and develop effective, tangible solutions. Utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities—including Trauma-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)—Sparkle is committed to helping clients achieve their goals and found resilience amidst adversity.
