As a federally funded initiative, WIC provides vital food assistance, offering a variety of healthy foods including fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, dairy, and baby food, all at no cost. In addition to nutritious food, WIC empowers families through personalized nutrition education and counseling, breastfeeding support, and referrals to essential healthcare and community services. We serve women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, those who have recently given birth, infants under 12 months old, and children under 5 years of age. Eligibility is based on income, and those receiving Medicaid or food assistance are automatically qualified.
