Laura Szyferman is an active and pragmatic Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to providing treatment for adults, couples, and families through a solution-oriented therapy model. With specialized training and extensive experience in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is widely recognized as a first-line effective treatment for overcoming trauma and its associated conditions, Laura expertly guides her clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and grief, as well as chronic pain.
