At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Boca Raton, FL, we are dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program, which provides medically tailored meals designed by a Registered Dietitian. Our nutritious meals cater to clients covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. We address a variety of medical needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those without insurance coverage, we offer an affordable self-pay option at just $7.75 per meal, allowing individuals and their caregivers to select meals for convenient delivery. At N4L, we are committed to making good nutrition accessible for everyone, and we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support your dietary needs.
