Lismerys provides a safe, calming environment where individuals can connect and work through the emotions and thoughts that may burden them. Her practice is inclusive, allowing anyone to come as they are, and she is proud to offer bilingual therapy services in both English and Spanish. Before the initial session, Lismerys conducts a brief phone consultation to discuss specific needs and therapy expectations, enabling her to address any questions and learn more about each person. Once a decision is made to move forward, the first session focuses on establishing therapeutic goals and collaborating to achieve them together. All sessions are by appointment only, and currently, Lismerys provides her services exclusively via tele-health.
