Martina Hines

Martina Hines is a dedicated and compassionate Counselor, holding an MA and credentials as an LMHC and NCC, committed to empowering individuals through their mental wellness journeys. She believes that one of the bravest actions anyone can take is to begin understanding their own story, whether that involves learning techniques to combat anxiety, stress, or depression, or tackling trauma and PTSD. Martina offers a safe space for preteens, teens, and adults, understanding that each client's needs are unique. For parents concerned about their child’s struggles in school or a teen who may be reluctant to open up, Martina provides a trusted environment to facilitate open communication and exploration. Her integrative and person-centered approach reflects her belief that every client is the expert of their own life. By employing various modalities, including mindfulness-based therapy, expressive arts, positive psychology, and trauma-focused techniques, she tailors each session to fit individual needs.
