The CAN Help! Program, located in Altamonte Springs, FL, is dedicated to serving vulnerable populations, including seniors, elderly veterans, individuals with disabilities, and those impacted by poverty, particularly as a result of COVID-19. Our initiative focuses on fostering connections through personalized one-on-one visitations, offering not just companionship but also essential support and friendship to those who may feel isolated.
