Health Collective East, located in Windsor Locks, CT, is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical services and support tailored to the diverse needs of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities, while embracing individuals of all genders and backgrounds. Our mission is to foster health and well-being through a range of essential services, including medical case management, mental health support, and health education. We take pride in our commitment to those living with HIV/AIDS, offering specialized programs such as medication adherence support and food assistance through our food pantry. Additionally, we create a welcoming atmosphere with regular social activities and provide nourishing meals during our Continental Breakfast and Lunch events on Fridays.
