Linda Rost is a seasoned therapist with over 35 years of dedicated experience providing psychotherapy to adults, couples, and adolescents grappling with anxiety, depression, and psychological trauma. She specializes in harnessing the strengths of each client, fostering their belief in innate abilities to enhance their productivity in life and relationships. Linda is particularly passionate about helping clients who have faced traumatic incidents and have struggled to find resolution through previous therapies. As a certified EMDR therapist and Approved EMDR Consultant, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her practice. Additionally, Linda serves as Co-Coordinator of the Fairfield County Trauma Response Team, a group of trauma-trained therapists committed to delivering educational and therapeutic services to First Responders across the county. She also co-leads a supportive group for spouses and partners of First Responders.
