Vince Benevento, a licensed professional counselor (LPC), embarked on his career by providing in-home therapy for adolescents at the Wheeler Clinic in Plainville, Connecticut, a notable regional behavioral health provider. With a wealth of experience in the corporate sector, he further honed his skills in professional recruiting and career development. Transitioning back to counseling, Vince served as an employment specialist at The Kennedy Center, one of Connecticut's largest community organizations, where he assisted unemployed adults facing psychiatric diagnoses and criminal histories to find meaningful employment. In 2012, he established Causeway Collaborative, where he built a strong reputation and formed a trusted team of local partners. Currently, as the Director of Causeway Collaborative, Vince leads a dedicated team of eight distinguished professionals across three key divisions: Career Development, Counseling, and Therapeutic Mentorship. His diverse work experience, both in the corporate landscape and within the realm of counseling, is unified by a singular aspiration: to empower students, young professionals, and individuals in need of guidance to plan for their future, execute those plans, and achieve both their short- and long-term goals.
