Senior Meals on Wheels in Westport, CT, is dedicated to delivering nutritionally-balanced meals to seniors aged 60 and over, ensuring that our older neighbors receive the nourishment they need. Each week, we provide a box of five chilled meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, to residents in Wallingford and Bethany, with menus carefully designed to meet one-third of the Recommended Daily Intake for seniors, endorsed by state health standards. Our mission is to enhance the health and well-being of our community’s older adults through quality meal assistance, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.
