Melina Infantino is a compassionate Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to empowering individuals to harness their internal strengths while navigating life's challenges. With over 12 years of experience as an LCSW, Melina has worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults. She holds a Master's degree from SCSU, where she specialized in child and family therapy. Her extensive training in trauma treatment includes certifications in CPT, EMDR, and TF-CBT, particularly geared towards children. Melina's tenure at Yale Child Study enriched her skills in conducting evaluations and applying attachment-based interventions, Parent Management Training, psychodynamic therapy, and other evidence-based treatments for anxiety and depression. Additionally, her experience with the State of Connecticut allowed her to work with adult Hispanics facing co-occurring disorders, further broadening her expertise.
