Elyse Leigh Remillard is a licensed professional counselor (LPC) who understands that everyone encounters struggles at different points in their lives. She utilizes evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Applied Behavior Analysis.
