Located in Tolland, CT, OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in their journey against ovarian cancer. Our mission is to empower these courageous individuals by providing essential financial assistance tailored specifically for their needs. Each patient receives a financial grant of $200, along with a $100 gas card and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate daily burdens. We also offer psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling via phone, connecting patients with licensed professionals committed to their well-being. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, as we process requests in the order received, dependent on available funding.
