The HVCC Food Pantry, located in Tolland, CT, serves as a vital emergency food resource for residents of Vernon, Tolland, and Ellington. Committed to uplifting our community, we offer free food assistance to individuals meeting specific income and residency criteria. Our pantry provides families with essential supplies including fresh produce, bread items, and a variety of groceries tailored to family size. We also run a before- and after-school children's snack program, organize workshops aimed at enhancing the quality of life for low-income families, and connect clients with energy assistance programs. In times of need, we support victims of fire or abuse by supplying food, clothing, and household items to help them rebuild their lives.
