The HVCC Food Pantry serves as an essential emergency food assistance resource for residents in Tolland, Vernon, and Ellington, Connecticut. We provide free access to nutritious food, including fresh produce and bread, tailored to family size, ensuring that everyone in our community has the support they need. Our commitment extends beyond food distribution; we offer vital programs such as a before- and after-school children's snack initiative, workshops designed to enhance the lives of low-income families, and referrals to energy assistance. For those facing hardships like fire or abuse, we supply food, clothing, and household items to help establish new homes. We prioritize our seniors by offering dedicated food support, distributing items on a first-come, first-served basis while striving to maintain fairness.
