Health Collective East, located in Tolland, CT, is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical and mental health services to the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and broader LGBTQ+ communities, while also welcoming individuals of all genders, ages, and ethnicities. Our mission encompasses vital support services, including medical case management and specialized assistance for those living with HIV/AIDS. We proudly operate a food pantry to ensure that everyone has access to essential nourishment. In addition to our food assistance, we offer support groups, medication adherence support, and a unique program called AID-a-Pet, which provides care for pets of those affected by HIV/AIDS.
