Based in Suffield, CT, CORE is dedicated to providing vital financial assistance to food and beverage service employees facing financial hardships due to illness or medical emergencies. Our mission is to support those within the restaurant industry who are caring for children during challenging times. Through our program, we offer essential financial aid for expenses such as rent or mortgage, utilities, medical bills, therapy, hospital-related costs, and childcare needs like diapers and formula. We recognize the unique struggles faced by restaurant workers and aim to alleviate some of the burdens, ensuring families can focus on recovery and care without the added stress of financial strain. While former CORE grant recipients can reapply for assistance after a 12-month period, it is important to note that all applicants are subject to a lifetime cap of $7,500 in support. We are here to help, providing a lifeline when it is most needed.
