OvarCare Patient Assistance Program in Storrs Mansfield, CT, is dedicated to providing essential support to women battling ovarian cancer. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burden faced by these brave individuals through a carefully designed assistance package that includes a $200 financial grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card. Additionally, we offer vital psycho-social counseling sessions and genetic counseling, both conducted over the phone by licensed professionals. We welcome healthcare providers such as physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed in the order they are received, contingent on available funding.
