Our program provides a financial grant of $200, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, along with access to psycho-social counseling and genetic counseling sessions via phone from licensed professionals. We encourage healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to submit applications on behalf of patients. Our team processes applications in the order they are received, with grants available based on current funding levels, ensuring that we are doing everything we can to lighten the load for those in need.
