The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund, located in Stafford Springs, CT, is dedicated to supporting U.S. patients diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing essential financial assistance for medical travel. Each eligible patient can receive up to $800 annually to help cover the costs of reaching a PNH specialist or obtaining a second opinion. Our program ensures that patients can access necessary care without the burden of travel expenses, as funds can be applied toward airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for medical visits or tests not covered by insurance. We understand the importance of having a support system during these journeys, which is why we also allow grantees to travel with a companion.
