Family Grants is dedicated to supporting families in Portland, CT who have faced the loss of a loved one to breast cancer. Our mission is to alleviate financial and logistical stresses by providing flexible, tailored assistance that meets each family's unique needs. We offer funding for a wide array of essential services, including summer camp fees, childcare, counseling, educational support, and extracurricular activities for children. Additionally, we recognize the importance of mental health and wellness, so we also fund alternative healing classes and support groups for adults. Understanding that every situation is different, we welcome applicants to suggest further areas of need beyond our established list.
