Located in Portland, CT, the PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund is dedicated to supporting individuals diagnosed with Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing essential financial aid of up to $800 per patient each year. This assistance is designed to help patients reach specialized medical care, whether it's to consult with a PNH expert or to obtain a second opinion. Our program covers a range of travel-related expenses, including airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, and necessary co-pays for doctor visits and medical tests not covered by insurance. We understand how critical access to specialized care is for PNH patients, and we allow grantees to travel with a companion to ensure they have the support they need on their journey to better health.
