Michael Sieger, a Licensed Professional Counselor, has dedicated his practice to supporting adults navigating a diverse range of life challenges. His compassionate approach reflects a deep understanding and appreciation for the human experience, especially for those grappling with anxiety, depression, and the enduring effects of trauma. With a special interest in assertive communication and social anxiety, Michael employs a variety of therapeutic modalities, including psychoanalytic and person-centered techniques, to facilitate meaningful change. He is also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based method that addresses trauma and depression effectively. Having pursued continuing education through the One Year Program at the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis (BGSP), Michael believes that, at our core, individuals hold the keys to their own healing.
