OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in New Fairfield, CT, is dedicated to supporting women battling ovarian cancer by alleviating financial burdens associated with their treatment. Our program offers tailored financial assistance packages, including a $200 grant, $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, designed specifically to meet the essential needs of these courageous individuals. In addition, we provide psycho-social counseling sessions over the phone with a licensed clinical social worker, and genetic counseling sessions conducted by a licensed genetic counselor. We encourage healthcare providers such as physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications on behalf of patients. Applications are processed in the order they are received, with grant availability contingent on current funding.
