Located in New Fairfield, CT, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting low-income individuals with dysphagia by offering essential food assistance tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to ensure that those affected by swallowing difficulties have access to a variety of vital resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
