In New Fairfield, CT, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to empowering families with children who have special health care needs by providing essential financial support. Our program offers crucial assistance covering a wide range of expenses, including medical costs such as prescriptions, medical bills, and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical costs like home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and daily necessities. We understand the financial burden that health care can impose, and we’re here to help alleviate some of that stress. Additionally, we assist with healthcare utilization costs for travel to medical facilities, lodging for families, and necessary daily living expenses. Grants of up to $500 per family per year are available, with requests reviewed in the order they are received to ensure timely support. For any unique needs beyond our standard categories, we assess requests on a case-by-case basis.
