MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Naugatuck, CT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and provided with personal support pathways to address their weight management needs. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those preferring independent management. For Veterans facing continued challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
