Anne Rivers, MS, LCSW, is a compassionate and experienced clinical social worker dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. Whether someone is struggling with self-identity and personal goals, facing difficulties in a marital relationship, or dealing with a child's behavioral issues, she works collaboratively to uncover obstacles to emotional well-being. With over 30 years of clinical experience, Anne utilizes an integrative approach that includes trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and family systems therapy to address issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles. Her expertise is further enhanced by her teaching experience in family therapy at NYU School of Medicine and her role at the Ackerman Institute for the Family. Moreover, she is a Level III AEDP therapist trained by Diana Fosha and serves as Senior Faculty at the AEDP Institute in New York City.
