OvarCare Patient Assistance Program, located in Middletown, CT, is dedicated to supporting women facing the challenge of ovarian cancer by providing essential financial assistance and resources tailored specifically for their needs. Our program offers a comprehensive package that includes a $200 financial grant, along with $100 gas and grocery cards to help alleviate everyday burdens. We also provide emotional support through psycho-social counseling sessions with a licensed clinical social worker, and access to genetic counseling via phone with a qualified Genetic Counselor. We welcome applications from patients, with encouragement for healthcare providers to submit on behalf of those in need.
