Jasmine Hall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Springfield College, where she completed the advanced standing program in 2015. Specializing in Motivational Interviewing, Jasmine empowers individuals to discover their internal motivation, particularly to navigate through insecurities and complex emotions. With extensive experience in various areas such as homelessness, food insecurity, and working with disengaged youth, she has successfully facilitated cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) interventions within the Hartford School system and led women’s CBT groups. Jasmine is dedicated to helping clients confront their challenging thoughts and emotions, recognizing that life's ups and downs often require uncomfortable yet crucial decisions for personal growth.
