Aimee Golbert, LCSW, ACSW, BCD, is co-founder of West Hartford Counseling Center and has dedicated her professional life to private practice since 1986. With a focus on adults facing mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, and panic, Aimee also supports individuals dealing with loss and grief, navigating life transitions, resolving relationship difficulties, and addressing unresolved trauma. She utilizes a rich tapestry of knowledge and expertise, tailoring her services to meet clients' immediate goals while enhancing their long-term resilience. Aimee's relational, collaborative, and strength-based approach to psychotherapy fosters a supportive environment for healing and growth. A proud alum of the Hartford Family Institute's Body-Centered Gestalt Therapy Training Program, she has contributed as a faculty supervisor.
