Barbara Stark is a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) with a passion for helping individuals navigate all types of relationship challenges. With over 30 years of professional experience, she specializes in a wide array of issues, including parenting, adoption, adolescent struggles, marital conflicts, problem-solving, and self-improvement. Barbara works with individuals, couples, and families, fostering an environment of understanding and growth. She has co-led a Bipolar group, providing support for both clients and their families. Barbara's dedication to learning from the families she serves enriches her practice and allows her to tailor her approach to meet their unique needs. She has also successfully completed a Post Masters Program for Clinical Issues in Adoption, making her particularly adept at supporting adoptive parents throughout their journey. Available for counseling sessions during the day as well as five evenings a week, Barbara is conveniently located near public transportation and educational institutions, allowing for easy access to her compassionate and professional services.
