In Guilford, CT, the Diabetes Prevention Program offers a transformative 12-week Intensive Lifestyle Intervention that empowers participants to embrace healthier living. Our engaging, once-a-week classes, rooted in the National Institutes of Health’s Diabetes Prevention Program curriculum, provide vital nutrition education and hands-on cooking demonstrations.
