Nancy Sadock is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a wealth of experience in helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. With expertise in various challenges including grief, anxiety, and substance abuse, Nancy utilizes an emotionally focused and attachment-based approach in therapy. She has spent 8 years in a psychiatric clinic, gaining valuable insights into managing depression and other mental health concerns, and served as a lecturer for a prominent parenting organization in Greenwich for a decade. Additionally, as a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist and an AAMFT Supervisor, she actively contributes to training future Marriage and Family Therapists.
