Located in Glastonbury, Connecticut, Wheeler Family Health & Wellness Center is a federally qualified health center dedicated to providing accessible and compassionate primary care, substance abuse treatment, and behavioral health services to the residents of New Britain and surrounding areas. Our wide range of services includes adult primary care, comprehensive physical examinations, women's health care, and coordination of dental and specialty health services. We accept Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial health insurance, and offer a sliding fee scale based on family size and income to ensure that no one is denied care due to financial constraints.
