The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund, located in Glastonbury, CT, is dedicated to supporting patients affected by Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing essential financial assistance for travel to specialist care. Each eligible patient can receive up to $800 annually to cover a variety of travel-related expenses, making it easier for individuals to seek expert medical opinions and specialized treatments. Our assistance can be applied toward airfare and train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and even co-pays for medical visits or tests not covered by insurance. To ensure patients have the support they need, we also allow grantees to include one companion during their travels, fostering comfort and assistance throughout their journey to better health.
