Located in Fairfield, CT, the OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women navigating the challenges of ovarian cancer. We provide essential financial assistance tailored specifically for ovarian cancer patients, offering a $200 grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card to help alleviate daily burdens. In addition, our program includes access to psycho-social counseling and genetic counseling sessions conducted by licensed professionals, ensuring comprehensive support for our participants. We welcome referrals from physicians, nurses, and social workers to submit applications, which are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, contingent upon funding availability. Together, we celebrate the resilience and strength of every woman we serve during their journey towards healing.
