Located in East Hampton, CT, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the lives of low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential resources that address their unique needs. Our mission is to deliver vital food assistance through offering specialized thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
