The PNH Patient Travel Assistance Fund, located in Colchester, CT, is dedicated to supporting U.S.-based patients battling Paroxysmal Nocturnal Hemoglobinuria (PNH) by providing essential financial assistance for travel. Each eligible patient can receive up to $800 per year to facilitate their visits to a PNH specialist or to obtain a second opinion. Our funding can cover a range of travel-related expenses including airfare, train tickets, ground transportation, lodging, meals, and co-pays for medical visits or tests not covered by insurance. Recognizing the challenges faced by PNH patients, we also allow grantees to bring a companion to ensure they have the support they need during their journey.
