The process of finding the right therapeutic fit is akin to trying on shoes; it may take some time, but once that connection is made, progress can truly begin. In addition to traditional therapy methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and EMDR, Jordan also incorporates innovative modalities like Animal-Assisted Therapy (AAT), which will soon feature a new therapy dog trained to provide comfort and support.
