Women, Infants and Children (WIC) in Branford, CT, is dedicated to fostering the health and wellness of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to empower families with the knowledge and resources they need for healthier eating habits through comprehensive nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, and dedicated breastfeeding promotion and support. We also provide essential referrals for healthcare services, ensuring that families have the necessary tools to thrive. To participate, applicants simply need to undergo a nutrition assessment with our welcoming Nutrition staff.
