Located in Bloomfield, CT, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and therapeutic resources to individuals with dysphagia who are facing economic hardships. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for low-income individuals by ensuring they have access to specialized food thickeners, pre-modified foods, innovative therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
