Located in Berlin, CT, the Emergency Assistance Fund provides essential, confidential support to individuals and families in need through the compassionate guidance of our Pastors. As part of Catholic Charities, we aim to help those referred by their Parish Pastors by addressing basic human needs such as food assistance, clothing, utility payments, rental support, car repairs, credit counseling, and job coaching. Our mission is to empower vulnerable members of the community, ensuring they have access to the resources necessary for stability and well-being. Parishioners of churches within the Archdiocese of Hartford can reach out to their Pastor for assistance, while others are encouraged to connect with the local Catholic Charities office.
