At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), located in Windsor, CO, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We offer nutritious, medically tailored meals designed by a Registered Dietitian to cater to the dietary needs of clients with various health conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are carefully crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring they meet diverse dietary restrictions. We serve individuals eligible for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. If you’re unsure of your eligibility, we encourage you to reach out to your Case Manager, Medicaid provider, or your local Area Agency on Aging for guidance. For those who prefer a self-pay option, we welcome you to choose your meals with our affordable program at just $7.75 per meal. In addition to meal delivery, N4L offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling. We are committed to providing accessible and supportive nutritional care to those who need it most.
