She conducts 50-minute sessions and 90-minute Empowerment Groups that are compassion-focused, skill-based, and collaborative, centered around each client's unique counseling needs and goals. During the exploration of life themes, motivations, and various counseling skills, clients will find themselves better equipped to create new outcomes. It's natural to feel unsettled during times of change; however, Tonya fosters a supportive, nonjudgmental connection that eases burdens, fosters hope, and offers new perspectives. With a genuine counseling relationship, clients can find their way back to themselves and realize they are not alone in their journey.
