Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) at Usaf Academy, CO, is dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of pregnant and breastfeeding women and children under five through our Special Supplemental Nutrition Program. We offer free nutritious groceries, personalized nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and essential services that ensure families receive the help they need. With a focus on keeping families healthy, WIC provides financial assistance for healthy food options, referrals for medical and dental care, health insurance, childcare, and more. Our nutrition education covers critical topics such as meal planning, managing picky eaters, and breastfeeding while balancing work. To qualify, families must reside in Colorado, meet specific income guidelines, and may automatically qualify if they receive assistance such as TANF or Food Stamps.
