OvarCare Patient Assistance Program

OvarCare Patient Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting women in the fight against ovarian cancer, providing essential resources to empower these strong individuals. Located in USAF Academy, CO, our program offers a tailored financial assistance package that includes a $200 grant, a $100 gas card, and a $100 grocery card, designed to alleviate the burdens faced by ovarian cancer patients. Alongside financial support, we connect participants with professional resources, including psycho-social counseling from licensed clinical social workers and genetic counseling sessions via phone. We encourage healthcare providers to submit applications on behalf of patients, which are processed in the order received, contingent upon funding availability.
